Zofran

I was hospitalized this past August because of a flare that led to a partial blockage. Since then, I have had frequent episodes of heartburn, nausea and diarrhea. When I start feeling sick and can't stop running back and forth to the bathroom, I'll take a Zofran, which stops both the nausea and the diarrhea; however, after about a week, the heartburn, nausea and diarrhea return and here I go popping another Zofran. It's a vicious cycle!

My question is, is there anyone else out there who has experienced the same type thing? I'm beginning to think if I didn't have Zofran in my system, I would be so sick, I wouldn't be able to function. Thanks in advance for any feedback or suggestions!

Zofran is my best friend. I've never had it stop diarrhea, though. Just nausea. I was taking them daily for about 6 weeks. The nausea finally let up, though. I've never heard of it treating diarrhea, though. Interesting!
