Zoloft to Celexa

Anyone here experience horrible withdrawal hell with Zoloft? I've been taking Zoloft (150 mg) since 2003 and last week my doc switched Zoloft to Celexa. I am so exhausted but different sites confirm SSRI w/d. Ugh!

I was planning on switching to Zoloft from Celexa. I'm only on 10mg of Celexa (for 3+ months) but I did notice a definite increase in fatigue (coupled with Crohn's fatigue) - I'd like to give Zoloft a go instead to try and alleviate some of this cumulative tiredness.

What dosage of Celexa are you on?

What dosage of Celexa are you on?

I was on 150 mg of Zoloft, so my doc thought that if he gave me 40 mg pills of celexa that I could break in half for 7 days (taking 20 mg) then bump it up to 40 mg (which I am supposed to start tonight). BUT I have another thing coming for the doc...I think I need more time on 20 mg. LOL

But yes, you should give Zoloft a go.....Does not make you as tired. Take it at night to be sure tho. Best wishes to ya!
