    Are Alfalfa sprouts good or bad?

    I´ve understood that Alfalfa legumes are not good for Crohn´s. Does that mean that it´s only the seed part that may cause problems or the whole plant? What if I plant it as microgreens and cut of right over the root and only use the top part of it? Will that be OK?

    Ketogenic diet??

    In a book called "Farewell to inflammation", a so-called Ketogenic diet is recommended to cure, among other things, intestinal inflammation. This diet should consist of nothing but beef or mutton and pure water. Has anyone here tried this?

    Anybody tried Neem for crohn´s?

    I use Neem in saltwater every time my dog has an eye infection and it has worked every time. I´m therefore thinkng about adding it to food and try to see if it has any effect for crohn´s. Are there anybody here in this forum who have tried this and can share any experiences?

    I use to blend raw vegatables in a blender, but will it be more digestable and beneficial for the gut if I boil them before I blend them?
