In my opinion, yes, you should be on stronger medications. Especially since you've already had a resection and had more stenosis.

Have you ever had a colonoscopy? If so, what were the findings?

There are other potential causes for such ulcers. Heck, even taking too much ibuprofen can cause it. In the end, it's what the pathology report comes back with. I assume they took biopsies during the colonoscopy?

I'd make an appointment with the GI. I'm a little concerned it's a fistula working its way to the surface.
