I missed a dose or two just to see what would happen. Nothing happened but my Crohn's is mild. I do set an alarm on my phone specifically for taking my LDN because I get sidetracked doing other things. Without it I would probably forget.

These worms are microscopic. The same size as the bacteria that already lives inside you. I don't think they can get stuck.
