Curious to hear from those of you who's children have been in college... did they request dorm rooms with their own or a minimally shared bathroom? DS and DH think a 40 person shared bathroom won't be a problem. I disagree. What have your experiences been?

My son was a bear when he was on pred. Lots of interesting words coming out of him! Sometimes I would have to stop him and ask if he really meant that or if it was the pred talking. Often times, it was just the pred talking. Hang in there, momma!

We did, thanks for asking, pdx. We loaded him up with meds and cough drops and he was good for 3 of the 4 hours of the flight. He started coughing towards the end, but then sucked on cough drops until we landed.

Multi vitamin, folic acid (re: mtx), vitamin D, and probiotic here. Our GI says the probiotics are a waste of money and while I agree they may not help Crohn's directly, I am convinced my kids are less sick with general colds and viruses overall.
