Hi @old farmer and welcome to the community. I'm sorry you're having so much trouble leaving the house. Have you talked to your doctor about the fact you're having so much trouble? They may be interested in changing up your treatment regimen.

I agree with the others about malnutrition issues. It's unfortunately somewhat common in those with Crohn's. In addition to what the others said, you may want to look into some enteral nutrition options as a supplement.
