International Crohn's

I am a 33-year old American male with moderately severe, refractory Crohn's Colitis.

Diagnosed at 19 after presenting with terminal ileum bowel obstruction.

Stricturing disease of the terminal ileum remains.

Started Infliximab therapy in Summer of 2016. Lost response in Winter of 2018.

Starting Vedolizumab in June 2019.

Have been receiving care/treatment in Shanghai, Bangkok, and Hong Kong.
