If the benefit of EEN is that it is a liquid that is proximately absorbed and allows the illeum to rest , Does that mean that I should Juice and drink vegetables like cabbage , carrots etc., instead of eating the whole food Or would that not let the illeum rest ?

Thanks , I hope so ..life is no fun being this tired So i'll measure my calprotectin again and I'll have the VA do another colonoscopy - been 6 months see where the inflammation stands ...if it has gotten worse Va is willing to infuse me with vedolizimab ...but I don't like the idea...
