    Hi there, I have been living on white bread as i thought it was soft & therefore better for me & my CD. It has certainly served me ok for a long time, however my stomach has recently been becoming more noisy & sore, so amongst other things i thought i'd try cutting out the bread completely...

    Ok thank you - my problem area i guess is where the intestine joins the colon so that makes sense. I often wonder if there is anything else out there worth trying!

    Thank you for your advice all....I don't ever remember a day when I didn't have diahorrea so have to be so careful. I went a long time eating whatever I wanted & sadly now I can't do that :o(

    Hi there, I have these every day & i'm just used to it - although it can be a bit embarrassing in meetings, i just tell people i'm hungry! I had a colonoscopy just over a year ago & i have active crohns (aaparently!) & a narrowing where they operated 16 years ago but it's nothing to worry about...
