1st treatment, normal day?

Hi everyone. I am having my first Remicade treatment today and I just had silly question. I can eat breakfast like normal before I go? I assume they would have told me if not, but just wanted to make sure. I know I have heard they will give you lunch, so I figure I can eat breakfast too. VERY NERVOUS! Thanks all!

Yes you can eat

You can eat and drink normally, even during the infusion.

Thank you! I am back home from my treatment and eating lunch before a nap!! I appreciate the responses and luck! I hope it does well for me too. So far, just feel really tired, but not sure how much of that has to do with meds, or just because I am already ALWAYS tired!! Thanks again!

I'm glad it went well for you! I was always more tired for that day and usually the day after the infusions. Maybe would feel a little fluish, but that's all! Get some good rest!!
