I love all those foods except asparagus. lol I like it when turkey is thinly sliced or really...whats the word...stringy? I think thats the best way to describe it. Slap it between two pieces of toast and some night mayo...MmmmmmMmmmMmmm, i'm hungry now. xD
 
The turkey thing is a myth. The amount of tryptophan in turkey is comparable to other meats. The big difference is that roasting a turkey is an event, so most people eat more than they would normally. It's the over eating that makes you sleepy.
