Hi all, as some of you know I do not use normal medications for my Crohn's. I use exclusively Rick Simpson hash oil, which has put me into remission better than any pharmaceutical I was ever on. Previously taking Canasa then asacol, cortiform, lomitil, probiotic which I stopped cold turkey 47 days ago when I started the Rick Simpson oil which literally made me symptom free within 4 days. This being said my main question regarding this is does anyone else on here go into remission to the point where they can eat and drink whatever they want without a problem?
I know this may sound ridiculous but in the past 47 days I have actually tried to induce some sort of reaction anything at all cramping, diarrhea, anything and the only reactions I have had have been after (3-4) successive days of eating corn or fast food type food or the one night I drank about 16 drinks of whiskey, tequila, vodka, essentially 16 long island ice teas and the reaction I got was sincerely 1 bowl movement on each of those occasions with a full stool but some bright blood streaked along the side of it but none on the toilet paper, it makes me think it could be more of a hemroid or fizzure than actual mini-flaring what do you all think?
Also since the Rick Simpson oil my diet has consisted of at least 16 ounces of high fiber Vegetables a day plus 2-4 cups of rice and about 8-12 ounces of some meat. This in combination with 10-15 cups of coffee or monsters or a combination of the two a day plus running 6-8 miles a day 4 times a week at an average of 5:35 per mile.
What I am inquiring here again is does any one ever have a remission like this where it is like you are completely asymptomatic, even my first symptom -geographic tongue has subsided to the point it is isolated to one small patch of my tongue where it use to look like a serious map on that thing. I just want to know if anyone experiences things like this? And in those instances listed above is it mini flaring or a fissure or hemroid that was popped?
