Abdominal Mass

I have a huge knot which I found out was a abdominal mass in between my abdominal wall. I had my resection in 2008 and I'm still having trouble with some of my sutures they put on the inside. That's what my surgeon is saying he thinks is the problem because I had sutures that were still inside removed in 2011 that were infected. He says that he will have to operate again.
It hurts all the time, even to the touch. Has anyone else had this problem?

Have you had any kind of imaging done of the area?

I have. I've had 2 CT's of it. They can't really tell much about it other than the fact that the mass in between my abdominal wall. That's why they think it's the suture's from a few years ago and nothing too serious.
