hi guys,

I'm confused a bit here. I have Crohn's Disease and was diagnosed a year ago. Would like to ask, Crohn's is caused by the Inflammation in the body rite? How does the inflammation increase n decrease? How are we suppose to maintain the Inflammation? Is there any ways to keep it under stable?
 
To control inflammation, you need several things:

- anti-inflammatory drugs for Crohn's like the 5 ASA (Pentasa, Asacol....)

- Anti-inflammtory supplements: Fish oil, multivitamines, Green tea,......

- Anti-inflammatory diet: Rich in lean proteins (fish, chicken and turkey breasts), vegetables, Fruits, olive oil....... Low in sugar, refined carbs, junk food....
