My doctor put me on Alinia for a fistula that isn't closing.

From what I understand, this drug is still in the testing phases. I have noticed discoloration in my urine... and nothing else so far. Has anyone here had any experience with Alinia?

Has Alinia closed your fistula?

I was having a flare last summer (2014). My doc put me on Prednisone and Alinia. I thought it was an antibiotic. I was having a LOT of output from my fistula. After a few days it was putting out less and started to get smaller. I had it repeatedly get small and then a little larger. In Dember 2014 it actually closed for 3 days, but popped open again.

Maybe I should try it again. I'd so like to get rid of it.
