I am a 37 yo, wife, mother of 2, diagnosed with moderate/severe Crohns since August 2005.

Welcome, glad you joined. I honestly love this forum. Everyone here is pretty open and honest. It's a good place to get ideas and advice. Also good for the occasional vent of frustration. Hope you are feeling well.
