Amitiza

My doctor put me on amitiza because I was on Miralax and it was not cleaning me out all the way as he put it. I am also on megace, prilosec, clindamycin, and just finished taking doxycycline. I also took sorbitol the day before I started the meds so I would be total cleaned out. Since the sorbitol which was Thursday I have not had a bowel movement till this morning which was small. I have been eating and drinking. Is this normal? Also have been wondering if you take antibiotics for a long period of time then I know it can mess your digestive trac up but will it ever get back to normal?
