Hello I am 17 and was diagnosed with crohns last year, surgeon said after removing polyps that crohns is affecting my anus, and I have 2 chronic fissures which have stayed for the past year and few months and I have noticed a pimple on my anus, is this an anal access or fistula? Do I go to my gp or surgeon? Do I pop it? It BURNS when I go to the toilet. There's a medium sized white top

Is there any drainage? Pain? Fever? It sounds like it may be an abscess, hemorrhoid or granuloma. It's best to have your gastro check it out as they will know what it is and may be able to treat it. If they can't they will send you to a CR surgeon.

There is drainage I had fever but that stopped, and it burns to touch and going to the bathroom it has a separate pain from the fissures, ecspecially after I go to the toilet I have to wipe the area all day! It's not a hemmorhoid looks more like a pimple/abscess. But my gastro takes 3weeks to book (he is a top one) should I wait that long? It is really painful otop of the fissures!

Do I see my gastro who is looking after my crohns or my surgeon who operated on my bottom?

If it's really painful than you shouldn't wait. See if your GI can push up your appt by telling them of your pain. If the surgeon can see you sooner that's fine too.
