Anyone else feeling extremely fatigue with Stelara?

So I just started Stelara last Friday as it was a last resort after being on vedoluizmab for 6 months. However in the last few days, I have been feeling extremely tired. I have pain all over my body and sometime struggle to get out of bed. I do have exams and deadlines coming up as well, so that would definetly be the added stress. But the last time I felt like this was when I was on Remicade 4 years ago. This is the just the first dose I have had. Will it get worse after I’ve had more doses?

I am not sure of the answer . I would consider asking your doctor to do blood work. I hope you feel better soon.

Hopefully, your fatigue will decrease with the later doses, because they are much smaller doses. The loading infusion of Stelara for most people is 390 mg, but the follow-up doses are only 90 mg.
