Anyone have advice for a Crohn's rash?

Hey guys, so I decided to post on this thread because today I woke up and the rash I have been having related to my Crohn's is really bad. It's mostly under my arms, on my hips, and my thighs. The big red bumps have white centers and they hurt and itch. I really could use some advice on how to deal with this. Or maybe a reference to a really good dermatologist in Las Vegas! Thanks and feel free to post a lot of replies to this comment because I'm really struggling here.

Psoriasis and Crohn's seem to go together. I just started breaking out on one leg with regular psoriasis. I use hydrocortisone cream on it that you can buy over the counter.

Thank you so much for your advice. Unfortunately, I clicked on the link and I also looked up Psoriases and my skin problem doesn't look like that skin condition. It's more of these spread out red bumps with white pustules. They mostly hurt to the touch, but can be popped.
