thanks for that. He is nearly 15 and I am looking for a soluble multivitamin that has everything in it! He has low zinc struggles to keep ferritin up abd did have low Vit D. I'm hoping that he will absorb stuff better now we have done a 6 week course of EN drinks and he much more stable - dare I say remission? Apart from a low white blood count all his bloods are fine. really appreciate your post as we are UK based too.

Good to hear that you are based in the UK because otherwise I don't like the link would have been very useful :) You can get soluble ones and you can get them flavoured as well which is lucky because other wise I wouldn't be taking them :) :) Like your son I've been quite low in zinc, Vit D and ferritin which is why I started on forceval I think it made a difference :) I think that it would be worth a try for your son :) If you do decide on them let me know how he get on :)

Thank you so much i will be on to the IBD nurses tomorrow to leave a message so i get an answer Monday. have also found out on this fab site that his low WBC counld be due to low zinc. When will these medical staff research as much as us?? will let you know how we get on. Thanks again
