Has anyone ever taken Forteo ?

Has anyone ever taken Forteo ? One of my doctors is in the process of trying to prescribe me this drug to help my bones.

Of course my Endocrinologist prescribed Forteo and my insurance approved it but now I have to seek out financial assistance because even the insurance price is too high. My Endocrinologist knows that I can't afford that medication yet still prescribed it to me. So now I have to contact the manufacturer to find out what they can do to help me pay for it. I'm currently taking Stelara and buddhismide and Methotrexate and folic acid for my Crohn's. I have been told by my doctors that Forteo will not affect my Crohn's disease.
