Anyone with anal ulcers?

Are anal ulcers the same as fissures? I read that crohns causes fissure and so on and ulcers are always mentioned but never in detail. Anyone get them and multiple at once?

I did a search on anal ulcers and it took me to anal fissures. I would check with your doctor.
