Anyone with diabetes and UC

Just diagnosed with both and waiting on apt with dietitian. Any good advise on recipes books etc.

I think I am eating all the wrong stuff for my UC but sugar numbers are good so am eating right stuff for diabetes grrrr and I LOVE fine cuisine

Sorry about the challenges you're facing. Unfortunately, I do not have both in order to help. But, diabetes does run in my family along with IBD. Here's a couple websites I found that I'm hoping might help some. Good luck and please keep us updated on how you're doing. Take care.

I have both plus a Gluten allergic so it so hard!!!! I have to be creative and I look on line a lot for recipes!!! Currently high blood sugars because I fighting the Crohn's!!
