Right now sinuses pressure nasal and behind eyes, extreme fatigue, indigestion (bad), hot flashes, stomach ulcer, uneasy feeling all over intestines, weird bowls, burning stomach please tell me I'm not dying!!!!!

No you aren't dying. To be honest most people will experience at least half of those symptoms at some point. Right now I have a stinking cold and it's flared my tummy up and I have most of those minus the ulcer.

You need to remember that although the crohns is in the digestive system you will get symptoms outside that area sometimes and it's not cause for panic. If you're really worried then just put in a call to your IBD nurse and I'm sure they will reassure you.

Also remember that you can still get other basic illnesses like the common cold which can cause tiredness and sinus discomfort. Please try to relax and remember that having crohns means you will get funny symptoms sometimes. As long as you are honest with your GI about them then more often than not there will be absolutely no need to panic.

It's never ending!!! Lol this summer has sucked!!! Gotta love the Crohn's I don't know we're I would have been without this forum through this u guys have been awesome listening to me complain!!!

The only thing I,d add to that is crohns and acid reflux kinda go together, but it is an annoying ball ache of a condition.mines is playing up

Quick update guys it seems that the entocort may be working finally Ive been feeling relief from my extreme fatigue and I've had somewhat of a appitite today so I'm praying for a remission before my next dr's appointment on the 10 th of October that way I may start a maintenance drug finally!!! Or maybe no drugs!!

It sounds great that you are feeling better! That is a definite move in the right direction. I can take entocort some time to get you into full remission and you do generally have to use some form of maintenance med to stay there. Some members here have used entocort for long term periods but the inserts and studies say that once you have tapered down to the lowest dose(3mg I think) then you should only remain on that for 3 months.

Keep us posted on how the appointment goes Jison0612. I'm glad that the Entocort is working and hope you'll go into remission soon. If you do have to go on maintenance medication just know that its common and that many people do well on maintenance meds to help keep the disease under control. We also have sections on the forum for each different commonly prescribed medication for Crohn's so feel free to make a new thread in one of those sections if your GI brings one or some of them up during your next appointment. Take care. :)

Thanks guys I'll Forsure keep u all posted olafter my next dr's appointment I got some new questions to ask him like y is my lower left abdoman hurting, why is my back killing me, and why does it feel like I'm short of breath? I hate bringing up new symptoms cause that usually means more test and more time off of work which I can't afford!!! I've already turned down a upper gi scope cause I can't afford any more time off work it's hard balancing this disease and also providing for my family but GOD is greater than all my problems and I know HE well provide!!!

Before I was diagnosed with acid reflux to go along with crohns .i was breathless seems strange but the wind or a breeze would make it worse was put on lanzoprazole been fine since.good luck
