Arthralgia

arthralgia

is what my pain doctor thinks i have. on top of fibromyalgia. does anyone else have any problems with arthralgia? I believe I am going to be getting Gabapentin. I feel like I have too many health problems to keep track of. My surgery date for crohn's is set for November 14th. Right before Christmas

I had a reaction to remicade that caused my joints and muscles to be really sore. I woke up everyday feeling like I had fell down a flight of stairs, and I woke up all night long because I would feel pain with every toss and turn. Since I have stopped the remicade the joint and muscle pain has stopped.

My doc wants me on humira if the imuran doesnt work, but I dont think I want to because I am afraid to have a similar reaction. My doctor also suggested that it was crohns arthritis and wanted me to continue the remicade, but I am so glad I stopped.

I took Remicade and it worked great for me until it just stopped working one day... I am on Humira now and it is helping quite a bit with the crohn's pain and symptoms but my joint/muscle pains are just a whole other story. Imuran was a drug from hell for me.

Remicade was awesome at first and it saved my colon, I have no regrets. It closed my fistulas in 4 days, I cant complain about that.
