Faecal calprotectin came back at 742 (normal is under 50, im showing signs of definite inflammation). CRP at 16. Awaiting colonoscopy and MRI in next few weeks, my questions are:
1. since i handed in the stool sample for faecal capro. test, my bowel movements have been largely fine, with very little cramps if at all... is this normal. For example, even though my BM's are fine and cramps are gone; aswell as no other symptoms at the moment, would the inflammation still show in the tests, or do you have to be mid-flare?
2. The only symptom I haven't had is unexplained weight loss, but i was told weight loss doesn't always happen, you can have Crohns and lose zero weight?
