Azathioprine and Kenalog?

Hi all, I haven't been on here much lately, I hope everyone is well!

I am suffering really bad with hay fever at the moment, I always have, I've tried everything the doctor has to offer and am now booked in for a Kenalog injection on Monday afternoon.

Now, my concern is after researching Triamcinolone acetonide (Kenalog) it says it should not be taken while on immunosuppressants, which I am taking (azathioprine). Has anyone ever had this combination before? How was it? And am I being naive trusting my doctor to have already done the research on these drugs?
