Bad day so much pain

Today is day 14 with out a bowel movement and I am in so much pain. I have only had a 1/2 bowl of cereal and I am finally up to 100pds so I dont want to stop eating again ugh...

I need this surgery so bad yesterday no LAST year :yfrown:

So weak and so sick of pain every second of the day.
