Balloon dilation

Hi all, I have lots of scarring from previous surgeries which is narrowed and causing me lots of pain when I eat. I went in last Wednesday for a colonoscopy balloon dilation, while they was doing the procedure they found another narrowing from active crohn's. Since I have had this done I'm in more pain and my tummy is making more noise than ever before! Which is also causing me lots of pain, and on top of that I've nearly doubled my toilet trips. Does anyone know if this will calm down? Or should I phone my IBD nurse and explain to her? I already take 200mg of azathioprine and inject humira. I have had most my large bowel removed and about 10% of my small bowel, and if the dilation doesn't work then it's back under the knife! Which will leave me with feeding tubes because of nutrition problems. Does anyone have any ideas please? Because (pardon the pun) I'm shitting myself!
