Please mention which brand or specific multivitamin product that you take daily which you can tolerate well. Because my diet is limited I need to find a multi to supplement with.

I take centrum.... All the other expensive vitamins that I tried just made me nauseous....I dont know if centrum is working as good as it should.... but I take it with food at night and dont feel like throwing up from it ..I was told to take something ...but soon I might consider going to a nutritionist, but since insurance does not cover for me to go to one (still boggles my mind why they only approve for diabetics to go to one) ..I have to save up a bit because the ones that I have gotten referred to are expensive.

Appreciate the replies so far. But surely there's more of us on the boards who take a multi...

Hi Alixs,
I take the cheapest brand of multi I can find at the store on any particular day....They usually don't bother my stomach, so I go the el cheapo route:)

I was taking Centrum and was tolerating it well, but then read that it is all synthetic and may not be very helpful.

So now I'm taking GNC multi Gel. It is in a Gel capsule so it should be easier to absorb than tablets, and it has more stuff in it; they say on the label take 2, but I only take 1:

I have heard bad things about Centrum also and so will not take it. However, I wonder how many of the others are also synthetic? How would we know?
