Holy baloney! Activia is a big no no for me. It made me dump a few buckets of diarrhea this morning!
I find the acidophilus helps me but anything bifido seems to aggravate me. This is my theory now and I need to test further on myself. Phase 2 clinical trial starts next week lol.
