i was just wondering whether anyone knows how to get out of pain after u pass because the pain is so excruciating that im too afraid to eat now just incase i need the toilet i go 15 times a day i was on colevelesom but it didnt work i also have a fissure i just need advice

Very sorry to hear that you have that many problems. Not knowing your Crohn's history (did you have a surgery recently with the vale between the intestine and the colon removed? What meds are you on?), if you are in pain and you got lots and lots of diarrhea, the only thing I can say is you should contact your GI quite quickly and get treatment. I somehow doubt, but others can contradict me, that going to the toilet 15 times per day and being in bad pain is related to bile malabsorption alone, that sounds like quite a lot of inflammation and an active disease.

I agree with Alex. If you're having bile malabsorption the bile you are eliminating is the most painful thing I ever experienced. My Dr prescribed colestid (which is like cholestryamine) as a resin to bind the bile. I've had very little problem since. Could this be the problem in your case?
