Biopsy says infection

Hello everyone,
I really need your help. I was in London about 5 months before and had my faecal cal protection test done and the value was <2000. Doctor repeated test and then in the second repeated test vale was 600. I was so worried, then I had to come back to Pakistan.

Here in Pakistan I had my colonoscopy done, the results showed everything is normal but there is minor infection. Doctor gave me anti-biotic. Medicine he gave me didn't make any improvements.

Suddenly, I started having normal bowel movements. But, then again I started having diarrhoea. I'm usually fine for the rest of the day and only get 2-3 bowel movements soon after waking up. First BM is fine but 2nd and 3rd bowel movements are greenish and a but Liquidy. Sometimes there is minor blood and sometimes there isn't any.

I'm so worried, what should I do now? Please let me know what it is ? As you all are experienced and I'm very much new to this whole scenario.

Welcome to the forum. If the antibiotics haven't relieved your symptoms I would call you docs. Especially mention the blood as it is something that needs to be addressed. It may very well be minor, but better safe than sorry.

Have you been diagnosed? It sounds like IBD maybe a possibility. But, without a proper diagnosis we can't be sure. How long ago did you have these tests along with the colonoscopy? It may take a few days to get the actual results and they may want to make an appointment to explain. Otherwise, a call into the doctor's office may not be a bad idea.
