Bleeding

I went to the doctor the other day as i have à fissure. I wouldnt let her exam as i had started a very heavy period and was a bit embarrasséd. I have had one befre so knew what it was. She prescribed cream.
Anyway today during à bm there was à lot of blood in the bowl and mixed with the stool this was bright red and when i wiped there was darker red clots. IVe never had this before and feel a little dizzy.
Can you tell me if this Is normal? Im scared as i never had this much blood

Any type of bleeding should not be taken easily. Especially if it's heavy. You should consult your physician as soon as possible for additional diagnotic exams to know the root of the problem.

Being dizzy is from the amount of blood lost. For the last couple of weeks whenever I pass a bm I lose quite a bit of blood in the toilet too. Sometimes I too am dizzy and it takes a bit to feel a little better. Next week I'm to get ahold of the dr to let her know how I'm doing...
