I have my Crohn's in the last part of the terminal ileum (about 15 cm). I never had any blood in stools before, but I have been noticing for a while that about once a month I see streaks of blood in my stool. i read on the net, and they say that Crohn's in the ileum doesn't usually have blood in stools? So anybody out there who also has Crohn's in terminal ileum see any blood in their stools?
