Hey guys! Ever sine i joined this forum has been amazing help so thank you guys so much!

Does anyone here have or know of any recipes that are high in protein, carbs but include no dairy or heavy spices?
 
Almost any meat dish? Add your choice of pasta, rice, fruits/veggies and you're set. Bodybuilders tend to go for chicken breast or fish as a protein source.
 
You could try making frittadas (not sure if I spelled that right). It's an egg & pasta dish, so protein & carbs. My husband has made it for me a few times, although I don't have a recipe to share. It's kind of like a quiche, but with pasta in it. It's pretty yummy and has always been easy on my guts. I imagine it's pretty healthy too. You could substitute gluten-free pasta if gluten is an issue for you.
 
First let me say you are privileged to do whatever you so choose. I am merely asking that you try separating starch-based carbs and protein rich foods at meal time.

As a recreational bodybuilder myself one of my staples has been home made baked potato fries and a plate of raw vegetables. A meal like this can be more readily digested, and within 1.5-2 hours.
