Anyways, I remember when I got the diagnose and was thrilled everytime I saw this kind of studies...but nowdays I just go "meh". Because with all these new findings, what does it _really_ mean?! What have happened to all those new promising new therapies and "cures"...not much from what I can see.
And frankly, I don´t give much jack shxt for statements like ""My hope is that we can build on these findings and use Pellino3 as a new diagnostic for Crohn's disease and as a target for new drug discovery". I don´t want new drugs I want a CURE damn it! And when I read "may protect against the development of the incurable Crohn's disease"...ok so we that have this crappy disease, are we f**ked then?
Sorry for the negative tone, but this is a day where I wish I really did not have Crohns and rather have something that could be cured today.
