For over a week now I have had the "bubble guts" feeling. I can't seem to get rid of it. I use pepto and pepto cool tabs sometimes, but this hasn't helped at all. I have also had more bloating this past week. Anyone out there have suggestions on how to get rid of this?

Ginger tea! Take some fresh ginger, peel it and drop in a tea pot of hot water. Let is steep for 3 min or so. You can also let it cool and drink like water, at room temp. The ginger will calm the belly and help get it back in balance. Do that for a few days as well.

Look up Bikram "Wind Removing Pose" on the internet and try that. Do that twice and you should see a difference. Do it in the morning and then again before bedtime. Helps keep the blood circulating and removes gas/air trapped in stomach. (no, you will not toot).

Also, do some belly rubs (looking down, begin on right, go up above navel, down to left and then around to right, under navel) and keep circling. That will bring blood to the area, increase circulation and remove gas. I do them in the car, at the office, wherever, as often as possible. Keeps the tummy ticking!
