I called my GI's office last Friday because of a burning feeling in my lower left leg. Another doctor suggested I make this call to the GI thinking I might have an infection or a reaction to medication I am on. My GI called me back this morning saying I should call my GP. I am not sure I am spelling this correctly but they want to see if I have neuroplassy. Is anyone familiar with this? Thanks.

Heya do you mean Neuropathy? From your symptoms it sounds like that. The exact term is Peripheral Neuropathy, which can cause pain, burning, cramps and spasms in you limbs. Its caused by many things but medication is one and B12 deficiency is another. It is treatable once the cause has been identified.

Hi my name is Tracey, do you know how they diagnosed Peripheral Neuropathy. I've had pains in my muscles of my arms and legs for the past 2months doctors said it was probably the Crohns but I don't think this was a correct diagnosis.
