Calmoseptine?

Hey everyone! I just got Calmoseptine because of the positive things you've said about it. Maybe a strange question but I don't know if it is working for me...I still feel the pain but it's like really cold down there...is this typical?

Edit: it's been about 30 minutes...no change!

I use Calmoseptine quite a bit, and has a cooling sensation, but I dont use it for pain, my problem is itching and burning. It is used commonly for diaper rash and rashes and burning from over wiping. What kind of pain do you have? If it a fissure, that might not help it.
