Calorie rich smoothies

Can anyone suggest some foods or fruit or veg that i can throw into a smoothie to try and gain some weight i heard avocado or coconut oil is good oh also forgot i can"t tolerate dairy so i will be making them with almond milk or rice milk or some fresh squeezed juice i have a juicer at home
 
What about peanut butter or nuts? I've thrown all kinds of nuts into my blender as well as peanut butter. It helps thicken it as well.
 
Coconut milk. I love it! If you get what's called the "full fat" (aka real) kind it's even better. You can even whip it into whip cream.
