Swiss company Buhlmann has released an at home calprotectin test which combines a collection device, an analysis cassette, and an interpretive mobile phone app. It's a nice diagnostic innovation to empower self-monitoring, though results are shared with doctor.

I checked it out and your doctor has to subscribe to the service and provide you with a machine. HAHA...not likely our ped GI wants to arm parents with a tool like this. He would be getting weekly updates from the likes of me:ack:
