I am waiting for the results of my calprotectin. What is normal and what numbers should concern me?

My GI said that anything below 50 is what he'd consider normal. Of course, my last result was 49 so I'm just borderline normal I guess.

Depends on where the test was sent. I believe there is two. Quest is one, can't think of the other name right off hand. I believe the Quest test number to be 150 and below.

Quest <162.7 or around that number. Our Labcorp fecal calprotectin just came back and the new NRR on it was 0-120, so <120. Labcorp used to be <50.

So the Quest NRR (normal reference range) last time I checked was somewhere in the 160s down as normal. I can't remember if it was less than 167.2 or less than 162.7 but the NRR will be listed on the lab report
