Can Crohn's cause things like hiatal hernias, narrowing of the urethra, and dialation of kidneys?

I have never had dialation of the kidneys but had 4 kidney stones which were excruciating. Also had my gall bladder removed, after surgery was when everything started to build up along with a Hiatus Hernia, vomiting too much over time can cause it as well as Prednisone , which also caused mine. I also get Yeast infections and urinary infections. Since I am on high probiotics, they are limited now. Isnt having Crohns grand! I am sure more people have complications too.
