Can Cronh's disease go away very quickly?

I wanted to know if with the right medication can you make the disease go away?
I was seeking advice from healthsites and found on HealthTap that a doctor says it rarely goes away? (bit.ly/KaGNHn)
What are people own experiences with subsiding Cronh's symptoms and how do you improve your lifestyle?
Final thing is are there any non-traditional treatments that can help?
I am really searching for anything to help my life out.

Jake, I have never heard of it going away as in being cured. But achieving remission, being symptom free, can be done.
