I was at Urgent Care Saturday. I have ocassionally had pain in the rectum and wanted to getit checked out. They didn't have the equipment to go inside. I had stomach pains Saturday and Sunday. They didnt find anything and I am wondering if fistulas can be internal?

Yes, Ron. I can say that because that's what my daughter has - it's internal.

I'm so sorry you are suffering so much. They might need to do an MRE to see it?

Is there a reason you think it may be a fistula as opposed to disease activity or possibly scarring, etc.

I saw another thread title where you mentioned blood. Is this just on the tp or is it in the toilet as well? Have you been checked for internal hemorrhoids or fissures?

You had mentioned you were on levsin, this med slows down the digestive tract and for some that can cause cramping.

Have you recently had imagining such as CT, MRI or MRE these are beneficial in locating fistulas.

I have only used the Levsin once or twice because I don't really know the difference between IBS and Crohn's so I don't really know when to use it. Can scarring cause pain? A few weeks ago, I was having some black spots in my stool and I thought I had some drainage.
