Can infliximab cause stools to harden if I have been off it for a while?

I had a ulcer appear on my foot about a year ago and due to it being to painful to walk long distances could not get to the hospital for my infusions. I started going back this past June and in July and ever since my stools have been so solid that they have a real hard time coming out I am taking Lactulose(prescribe by my GP) which does help but it is still a awful experience every time I eat and I know what is going to happen when I need to go to the toilet.

I am currently waiting to hear back from my Crhon's nurse but in the mean time was wandering could the fact I have been off the infliximab and then gone back on it after a year long break be the cause during the time I was off the infliximab I stools were fine it seems to be since the infliximab has been re introduced that my stools have gone rock hard

I don't know that the hiatus would play a part in the hard stools, but I could see the infliximab leading to such an occurrence. Dietary factors also come to mind as potential causes. Here's a free bump though, hopefully someone else will have some insight :)
