I've recently had an MRI to look for fistulas and was told i have complex/communicating fistulae. Is it possible that Mirena made my fistulas worse?

I can't find any info on it myself. Have you asked your GYN about it or your GI?

I don't think so. I have Mirena (my second one) and my GI has never raised it. Also recently had an MRI and consult with colorectal surgeon and no one raised it as an issue then either.
